چکیده
As narrativas distópicas ensinam a estabelecer diálogos entre mundos e tempos distantes nem sempre tão diferentes. Isso talvez explique o estranho fascínio por esse gênero, que descreve as condições subumanas de existência; embrutecimento das pessoas; formas opressão do governo, apoiado polícias controlam ações, dizeres pensamentos. A imposição limites ideológicos fronteiras espaciais são algumas tópicas recorrentes. Neste ensaio, apresenta-se uma breve análise romance 1984 em diálogo com parte da extensa fortuna crítica sobre distopia George Orwell, vistas reiterar importância obra os modos como dialoga outras afiliadas ao gênero.Palavras-chave: Distopia,
